We offer Standard and Priority Shipping. The shipping times for each shipping option are below:

  • Standard Shipping-7-14 business days
  • Priority Shipping-  4-10 business days.

ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the weight/size of the package. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@autoistry.com

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@autoistry.com with your order number.

We have a 30-day return policy. Please ensure items are unused, in original packaging, and reach out to us for instructions at info@autoistry.com

Do you offer refunds?

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@autoistry.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
